The goal was to ensure the smartwatch could effectively communicate with mobile and web applications for real-time data access and alerts — crucial for timely intervention by medical professionals, caregivers, and family members.

We developed a comprehensive suite of digital solutions: a mobile app and a web application designed specifically for home health-care workers, caregivers, and relatives — not the patients themselves. Both applications were engineered with intuitive interfaces to make vital information and alerts easy to access.
In collaboration with a firmware team, we enhanced the smartwatch hardware to enable features like fall detection and predictive analytics, analyzing behavior and mobility patterns through deep machine-learning algorithms. The integration ensures seamless operation between the smartwatch and the digital platforms, providing the data and notifications caregivers and relatives need to respond immediately and confidently.
