About ProMentor
ProMentor is an immersive app where athletic directors and league organizers can coordinate and develop their coaching staff to ensure that athletes are receiving the best guidance, training tips, and mentorship.

ProMentor developed a working app to get to the market quickly, but the initial release was constrained by slow response times related to the app's architecture and its cloud environment. That led to exorbitant costs that chewed into the profitability of ProMentor's business.Im
Wise idea
Our approach: Rip out the backend and re-architect it. The existing inefficiencies demanded a makeover, and leaving the existing structure in place would continue to cost ProMentor. We moved away from a server-based framework for a serverless one, building it all on top of Google Cloud.
The impact
The new architecture immediately improved response times, ensuring a better user experience for the athletic directors, league organizers and coaches interacting with the app. The real impact, however, is costs. We slashed ProMentor's monthly costs by hundreds of dollars, improving the business' bottom line.
