ProMentor is an immersive app where athletic directors and league organizers coordinate and develop their coaching staff, making sure athletes are receiving the best guidance, training tips, and mentorship.

Our approach: rip out the backend and re-architect it. The existing inefficiencies demanded a real makeover — leaving the structure in place would only continue to cost ProMentor more every month.

We moved away from a server-based framework to a fully serverless one, rebuilding the platform on top of Google Cloud. That gave ProMentor an architecture that scales with demand instead of fighting it and a cost structure that finally matches the business model.
